2.2 Service Availability

The availability of our Services may vary by location and is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

2.3 Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, the quality of service may depend on various factors, including but not limited to the condition of the premises, access to areas requiring cleaning, and the specific requirements of each service request.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 User Roles

Our platform offers different user roles, including customer, healthcare facility administrator, technician, and compliance officer. The features and functionality available to you will depend on your assigned role.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Pricing

The pricing for our Services is provided at the time of booking or as specified in a service agreement. Prices may vary based on the type of service, location, time of service, and other factors.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the Services you request.

4.3 Billing

For one-time services, we will charge you at the time of booking or after the service is completed, as specified at the time of booking. For recurring services, we will bill you according to the schedule specified in your service agreement.

4.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in late fees, service interruptions, or termination of ongoing services. We reserve the right to use third-party collection services to recover outstanding payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel a scheduled service subject to our cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees depending on when the cancellation is made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5.2 Rescheduling by You

You may reschedule a service without a fee if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

5.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, staff illness, or other operational issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to our Services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our Services for any purpose
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Illinois, in each case located in Springfield. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
