How to access my work schedule?

You can view your work schedule by clicking on the Schedule option in the navigation menu. The schedule displays all your assigned cleaning jobs for the upcoming weeks.

1. Click on the Schedule tab in the top navigation bar
2. View your daily, weekly, or monthly schedule
3. Click on any job for detailed information

How to complete a job checklist?

When you arrive at a job site, you should complete the job checklist to ensure all required tasks are performed:

1. Open the Jobs tab from the navigation menu
2. Find your current job and click "Start Job"
3. Follow the step-by-step cleaning checklist
4. Mark each task as complete as you finish it
5. Take before/after photos when required
6. Click "Complete Job" when all tasks are finished

How to report equipment issues?

If you encounter any problems with your cleaning equipment, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Tools tab in the top navigation bar
2. Select the specific equipment with an issue
3. Click "Report Problem"
4. Fill out the problem description form in detail
5. Add photos of the equipment if possible
6. Submit the report

The maintenance team will be notified automatically and will contact you with next steps.

How to request additional supplies?

To request more cleaning supplies:

1. Navigate to Tools tab in the top navigation bar
2. Select the "Supplies" tab
3. Click "Request Supplies"
4. Select the items you need from the catalog
5. Specify quantities needed
6. Submit your request

Supply requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before you need the items.
