1. Service Scheduling
All service appointments are subject to availability. Greenspark reserves the right to reschedule services with 24 hours notice. Emergency services are scheduled based on priority and urgency.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
3. Service Access
Client facilities must ensure appropriate access to all areas requiring service. Additional charges may apply if our technicians are unable to access designated areas during the scheduled time.
4. Quality Assurance
Greenspark guarantees all services will be performed according to industry standards and in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. If services do not meet these standards, we will remedy the situation at no additional cost.
5. Liability
Greenspark maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all services performed. Clients must report any damages or issues within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Recurring Services
Recurring service agreements require a minimum 30-day commitment. Clients may modify or cancel recurring services with 14 days written notice.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
8. Service Documentation
All services include digital documentation of completed work. Clients may request additional documentation for regulatory compliance at no extra cost.
