These Client Portal Terms govern access to and use of the GreenSpark Cleaners Customer, Admin, and Technician portals. By using any portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized Use
Access to our portals is granted only to authorized users for legitimate business purposes related to the services we provide. You may not share access with, or allow use by, unauthorized individuals.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Confidential Information
Portals may contain confidential information about clients, facilities, schedules, and operations. You must protect this information and use it only for authorized purposes.
4. Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their data submitted through the portals. GreenSpark processes this data to deliver and support the services in accordance with our agreements and privacy practices.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portals, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, disrupting operations, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, poses a security risk, or violates these terms.
7. Termination
Access may be terminated upon the end of a service relationship, at the client’s request, or where these terms are breached. Upon termination, your right to use the portals ends immediately.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to keep our portals available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenSpark Cleaners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the portals.
