2. Services Offered
GreenSpark Cleaners provides cleaning, sanitation, facility support, compliance reporting, and related technology services to healthcare, long-term care, government, and commercial clients across Ontario and the National Capital Region.
While GreenSpark follows recognized industry standards and infection-prevention protocols, no service can guarantee the prevention of illness, infection, contamination, or regulatory findings.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are provided for informational purposes and are based on the information you supply and the scope of work discussed. Pricing may change if the actual scope, facility conditions, frequency, or requirements differ from those originally provided.
Quotes remain valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 30 days where no period is specified.
4. Scheduling and Service Availability
Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, facility access issues, utility interruptions, or emergencies.
5. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver services safely and effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and timely access to the premises;
- Disclose known hazards, biohazards, or special handling requirements;
- Ensure utilities such as water, electricity, and lighting are available;
- Secure valuables, medications, and confidential materials;
- Communicate site-specific rules and compliance requirements in advance.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest, and applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added as required by law.
Recurring services are billed according to the schedule set out in your service agreement.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by providing reasonable advance notice as set out in their service agreement. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee to cover allocated labour and resources.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the GreenSpark name and brand, software, and compliance materials — is owned by or licensed to GreenSpark Cleaners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenSpark Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, portals, or services.
GreenSpark does not guarantee the prevention of illness, infection, contamination, accreditation outcomes, inspection results, or regulatory findings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
